These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Summit Edge Solutions LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Summit Edge," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of our website, your communications with us (including SMS / text messages), and the residential exterior-cleaning services we provide.

By using our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, opting in to receive text messages, or purchasing services from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who May Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our website and services. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else (for example, a family member or property owner), you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Our Services

Summit Edge provides residential exterior cleaning services in New Jersey, including (without limitation) house soft-washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, roof soft-washing, fence and hardscape cleaning, and gutter brightening. Specific scope, pricing, and timing for each job will be confirmed in a written quote or work order.

2.1 Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our remote or on-site assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual conditions of the property differ materially from what was described — for example, significantly more square footage than stated, severe staining, or unsafe access. Any adjustment will be discussed with you and agreed in writing before work begins.

2.2 Scheduling and access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, including water access where required, on the scheduled service date. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. We may charge a reasonable trip fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.

2.3 Property condition

You agree to disclose, in advance, any known conditions that could affect the service, including but not limited to: loose siding, damaged shingles, lead paint, prior chemical treatments, sensitive landscaping, electrical outlets in service areas, or windows / doors that do not seal properly. We are not responsible for damage that results from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

2.4 Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the result of a service, please tell us before our crew leaves the property — or within 24 hours of completion. We will return promptly to address reasonable concerns. This commitment does not create any warranty beyond what is required by applicable law.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept the payment methods listed in your invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by New Jersey law and may be subject to reasonable collection costs.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile phone number and check one or both of the optional consent boxes on our forms (or otherwise expressly opt in), you agree to receive text messages from Summit Edge Solutions LLC at the number you provided, sent on our behalf using an automated system. You are not required to opt in as a condition of purchasing any service from us.

4.1 Program description

• Transactional SMS (separate opt-in): appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling updates, on-the-way notifications, completion confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, and other communications related to a service you have requested.
• Marketing SMS (separate opt-in): seasonal promotions, discounts, service reminders, and new service announcements from Summit Edge Solutions LLC.

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their respective affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee delivery of any specific message.

5. Acceptable Use of Our Website

When you use our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including someone else's phone number without their permission)
• Use our website or messaging program to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the security or operation of our website
• Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to access our website without our written permission
• Use our website in violation of any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

The Summit Edge name, logo, website content, copy, photos, and graphics are owned by Summit Edge Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to our website.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, Google Maps, Meta lead forms, review platforms, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any particular result from our cleaning services beyond what is expressly stated in a written agreement with you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Edge Solutions LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or SMS program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, our website, or any service you have purchased will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summit Edge Solutions LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of our website or services; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any false or unauthorized information you provide to us (including phone numbers you do not have permission to provide).

You and Summit Edge Solutions LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. 14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quote, work order, or invoice between us, form the entire agreement between you and Summit Edge Solutions LLC about your use of our website and services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
